Thank you to Dr. Vo and the entire staff at CEC for such a wonderful experience! On September 14th, I saw Dr. Nguyen, an associate doctor. It began with Cameron, who checked me in and completed my workup, to Dr. Nguyen, who was kind and attentive and answered all my questions. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to Amber for helping reassure me about the Tom Ford frames I had my eye on. I picked them up yesterday and couldn’t be happier with them! Great service all around!
Dr. Vo and her team are exceptional! Great customer service and Dr. Vo is incredibly patient and amazing at explaining things! Really glad I found this place!
Dr. Vo is very knowledgeable. My eye exam was very thorough. She is also very personable and is great at explaining what’s going on with my eyes. And also bought a pair of glasses and thought the prices were very reasonable.
I paid $70 copay with insurance for a contact lens exam here and spent 40 days waiting for diagnostics contacts that were never even delivered to the office. I eventually had to push them just to get my prescription released. To top it off, when I finally received the signed paperwork, I realized they had completely swapped my left and right eye parameters (flipping OD and OS). It was a frustrating, drawn-out experience with serious attention-to-detail issues. Definitely double-check your paperwork before leaving.
