Wait was ridiculous and they were not busy. Medical care was marginal. Was instructed to go to ER requiring me to pay even more $ for a long wait, waste of time and no emergency, just because they were not sure.... I have no choice insurance wise to go there, but I will not be darkening door unless I have to, but hope that will not happen.

Doctor was a quack job performing an MCL surgery follow up and made it a proud point to go against the primary doctors orders requiring patient to walk unassisted. Patient had specific orders from primary doctor to *NOT* walk on it. Concentra's quack stated, "I had the same surgery and was walking by this time." Unreal. Absolutely unreal. Avoid this trash place at all costs.
Service was great. I was a walk in and even though there were appointments ahead of me, everything went pretty quick and smooth. Staff there was Excellent!
I waited an hour and 45 minutes for a DOT Physical.

We agree that the wait is horrible! My husband went for his DOT physical today and was early in line. Three people were seen before him, and the waiting room cleared. Then, before he was seen, three more people came in and were seen before he was called in to a room. After being directed to a room, he still waited over 45 minutes before the doctor finally stepped in to see him. Who has time to wait for four hours!!!
Wait is horrible! Having an appointment is useless because walk-ins get seen before you anyway! Dr is always unavailable so this is my third time coming and the third dr I will see. Not happy with the service at all.
