Went here for A bad cough. After waiting 1 1/2 hours was told they are really a workers comp shop. Whatever that is. This is NOT an urgent care clinic.
Sent an employee with a sprained ankle for medical care. Resulted in a prescription for ibuprofen and 2 solicitations for legal representation to sue us. Doesn’t seem like the kind of care I am interested in paying for as an employer. Astounding.
Staff is great. Only thing is the long wait times for dot drug and physical. I got there at 8am and wasn’t able to start the process of drug and physical for almost 2hrs. Other then that staff is well trained and got me done fast after the wait time I was in and out in about 20min.
They were very welcoming and polite great group of women
Loves this clinic went to do my dot phisycal and ppl were nice and very friendly and even though I live in Arkansas I will be doing my business here regardless
On Thursday May 18, I had my blood drawn for blood-borne pathogen's labs, haven't heard back since then, even though was promised to have results by Monday, May 22, clearly left instructions for results to be delivered to me by phone, only received a phone call asking to schedule a follow up and nothing about the results....but that's not even the worst part, called to follow up after 5 PM, and got one of the after hours call center representatives to answer the phone, when asked about the situation and requesting to know if... read more
