Wait 3 hours still not seen. Everyone else that came in after me already been seen and gone. WTH?
Got there @ 1 to be seen for my hand. After 3-1/2 hours of waiting I asked for something cold to put on it, and they refused it give me something, I politely explained that I had been in pain all day and just a little something. So ANOTHER hour later I finally got seen and the nurse I had was kinda rude. One thing you don’t do is being rude to someone in pain. Just completely un-necessary. The only reason my son is going it because his employer uses Concentra for work related injuries. The doctor at the clinic he is being seen at is contradicting the findings of the Emergency room doctor, therefore, I'm filing a complaint with the medical board so they can determine which doctor is incompetent and my son gets treated for ALL of his injuries not just 1. The Concentra doctor also wouldn't let me accompany him in the exam room today so I could ask questions...That tells me they are hiding something.
