I just go for drug screens I'm in and out, and that's about it.
It took from 10:20am to walk out at 3:00pm. Under staffed with doctor on Saturday. What is bad was I was so sick had to get ride with wife. Tied up her day as well. Better than ER but I know it could be better.
Imagine an actual urgent care center, but without the urgency or the care and you have Concentra.
The people are nice here but things move super slow and I felt my follow ups were excessive. I came for a sprained ankle...
I got here at 1215... I didn't leave until 445. That's a problem. Especially when they make you come for a follow up two days later and it's just as bad. They need a new system, new management. Just overall a new way of doing things because what they are doing doesn't work! The employees are rude as hell too! This is worse than the freaking er! And the only reason I didn't go there was because its workers comp! It's freaking required to go here!
I came in at 1130am and here it is 239pm and I have yet to be seen. They do not ever have to worry about me coming again.
