VERY UNORGANIZED . Lost my paperwork and when I went back the lady that sits in the back office caught an attitude with me . I WILL NEVER go back. They need assistance
Been waiting here for 2 hrs for just a physical and drug test and there only like 5 of us in the lobby.... Urgent care and treated right my butt! Waited for 15 minutes standing at reception desk took that long to be noticed another 30 minutes to get 1 form another 20 minutes to get another and waiting to be seen.... good thing I'm not working or had plans for the day!
I've been coming to this facility for the past 2 months and today tried to drop off a disk for my MRI at 2:20pm. This is during the tropical storm and it's pouring down. They were apparently closing early but had no sign on the door so I got out in the rain and to the door which is locked. Lights are on, 2 patients at the counter and 3 employees and one smug woman looks at me and mouths "We're closed". I held up the disk and said I just need to drop this off and she wouldn't budge. I went for my annual physical and the staff was friendly and the doctor was awesome!
If I could give it a negative star I would. Had a return Appt for 3. Was put in a room about 3:10 so I'm thinking ok it's not going to be as long as my first Appt. About 4:30 I ask is anyone going to come see me? Before that the person who checked me in told me it would only be a few mins. At 5:00 I decided to stand in the doorway of the room declaring that maybe if I stand here someone would decide to see me.
