The front office staff is the worst customer service experience I've encountered, ever! Each week I'm on time for my appointment, but they're always behind and fail to communicate. They would rather give an attitude when asked when the doctor will see me, despite having an appointment. It's the worst, and I would strongly encourage you to find another facility for your medical treatment. The physical therapy area is stellar. They can teach the front office a thing or 20!!
They suck don't go there the one in San Leandro the doctors & staff suck
