I would rather have a double root canal than step 1 foot in that office. The Doctor was evil the slow as molasses.
This office is very slow as my husband has a serious knee injury and it’s taken them over 2 & 1/2 hours to see him. We are actually still waiting at this time. I went to the front desk and when I asked about how long she said I had to check on her which means she didn’t look up who I was asking about because it’s a man. I have had nothing but good experiences with staff and their care. They are busy, but they make sure they help people asap.
Waiting times are unacceptable. If they are so busy to have constant work, they should have processes that speed up efficiency and process people faster. 2 hour wait times for a 15 minute or less physical is not efficient. Without an appointment system, a person would expect an expedient process
