I walked in for a pre-employment physical, TB mask fit, and was done in an hour and a half! The staff is friendly, warm, and helpful.
Waited 3 hours to see someone, not so much an 'Urgent Care!' They were not concerned about the the walk-Ins, it was a doctor's office for workman's comp. you were worked into their schedule.
Even though it took me a while to do my physical the nurses were really nice
I was there because I hurt my leg at work didn't have to wait too long but the second time I was there the doctor didn't even look at my leg. there's front desk very friendly but I think their doctors are clueless .
The staff is clueless at Concentra, first and last time here. No comparison to PIH urgent care
I was at ur rancho clinic, I had cut my finger pretty bad. I ended up waiting in the waiting room for an hour and a half then in the doctors office for another 45min!!! All the mean time my finger is bleeding. Never ever ever again will I come near this urgent care again.
