When my husband was coming here for workman's comp they would always forget about him. It would take hours and hours for him to see the doctor. I literally sat in the office one time and watched 3 of the twilight movies while we waited. Ridiculous. They also would call him by his middle name and he corrected them several times and they kept saying they would fix it. Eventually he just gave up and started responding to his middle name.
The Waite is hours long . Amount of time your with the dr is 10 min tops . Wish the Waite was shorter.

The ONE and ONLY thing I would say if you have an appointment....PLEASE honor it! Don't make someone wait two hours, do half of the physical and ask them to come back after lunch or even the next day!! More Professional PLEASE!
do yourself a favor and find another place. I really like the staff, but the wait times are ridiculous. You'll wonder if they've forgotten about you many times as you watch the day slip away. Make sure to grab something to eat and clearing your days scheduled responsibilities before showing up.
So this is the second time that I have had an appointment and they forgot about me.. for over an hour.. I don’t understand how this happens.. poor organization skills. Don’t waste your time!!! I am still in the waiting room let’s see how long it takes once I am in an exam room.
This place needs some real doctor's. They cant test right so my personal Doctor wrote a note to them. Then i go back at 3:00 to be told "Come back Monday" when the hours clearly state 8a to 5p. But i guess the Dr. Needed a 2 hour meeting..
