everything went well. just the wait time. I walked in needing to use the restroom and asked about a specimen cup. told that they had to get me registered first. . so some time later still no go. finally got up to ask about it again and was taken back at that point.
2.5 hours waiting for a drug screening
I was in and out in about an hour. Staff was friendly c
Waited 90 minutes. When I asked about it suddenly I was next. No reason given. Time is money. Heard others waiting similar times for a drug test.
Staff and NP were great. Only thing is it’s a small waiting area, and had to wait for a while to get called back. But a young man came out and apologized for the wait and informed the reason for the wait.

I would not even give this company a one star !! I was there for 5 hours before being seen for a drug screen pre employment !! They seen injuries that came in like cuts and burns and put them first . WHAT A JOKE ! My daughter and I were talking and a man at the front desk ask well what I was there for , which was no ones business due to HIPAA and she told him �� then I went to take hearing test headphones had never been cleaned and I took lots of pictures.
