I waited three hours for a drug screen and dot physical. I was told they had lost my info. They saw me as soon as they took care of the elderly lady whose info they had also lost.

I needed a TB test for work. I waited an hour to get the shot in my arm. when I returned 48 hours later, I waited 45 minutes for them to even look at me and say my arm was fine. the amount of time you leave patients waiting is just ridiculous

I have been trying to return to work since early June. Every time I speak with a Nurse Practitioner or Dr it’s always something different that I need. Another paper or another test. It’s like they don’t want me to return to work. It’s always one more thing. If it was DOT prolonging this I feel like the staff would have a consistent diagnosis, however every staff member gives me different information.
The building is clean and welcoming. The staff is professional, patient, caring and informative. This is a one stop spot if you need a drug test...
Very professional staff. They were very nice and smiley people. They got straight to the point and it was an easy visit in general.
