The old woman Doctor seems to not be very happy with our company employees. All I’ve spoken with have the same opinion of her attitude and not very professional manners . The employees at the Concentra Urgent Care front desk were very helpful and polite . But once you walked into the selected room to wait on the doctor all that’s changed. She wouldn’t communicate and asked me to be quite while I explained my state board of health wanted me to still be on quarantine cause of my positive test for the Wuhan Covid virus . RecommendedI got there a little late so I wish I would have been earlier I was told they move faster the earlier you are everyone was very nice once they got to me it was fast in and out so I would recommend getting there early other than that I had a good experience

Front desk said 45 mins been waiting 2hrs waiting room is empty wtf are y’all doing !
There is no sense of urgency at this place. Son came in with an injury from work that needed stitches. Waited 2 1/2 hours before they took the young man that came in after my son back. And he was only there for a drug screening. I had to go and ask why my son was still waiting after so long when he was the second of 3 people in there. 5 hours later he's finally stitched and ready to leave.
The staff that greeted me was nice. Alexey who took my blood pressure and took me to my room was nice. The treating clinician was Aaron Bidwell, N.P. and he was an arrogant jerk. He barely touched my foot and said he didn't see anything wrong. He left and I waited a long time. During that time I took the sock off my left foot so he could see how swollen and red my right foot was when he came back. He came back with Kelly, N.P. They both saw the reddness and swelling.
