Great service, quick, kind and helpful. Staci the doctor was very nice.
Concentra worked expeditiously in getting my ua results to my employer...the customer service was awesome, the wait wasn't long, and I start work with a full week because of this efficiency...thank you Concertra

Horrible!!! Front people not helpful at all! I signed in and they didn't give me any further instruction. I waited for more the 2 hours!!! People that came in after me got to go in before me. This place is a joke. Never coming back to this location ever again! All the front people need to have better customer service cause they suck ass!
Overall a good experience wait was a little long to have an appointment and I got there about 30 min early but I once I got to the back it was quick and easy I would use them again!!!
