Sent an employee with a sprained ankle for medical care. Resulted in a prescription for ibuprofen and 2 solicitations for legal representation to sue us. Doesn’t seem like the kind of care I am interested in paying for as an employer. Astounding.
Wait time was absurd. Ridiculous
Other than the wait due to the walk ins, it was ok as I was a walk in myself. It should be scheduled then walk ins fill in the gaps. Overall the experience was ok.
