The next time I am due for a Department Of Transportation physical, I will definitely go somewhere else next time. I would encourage you to seek another medical facility that does DOT physicals. My opinion is based on my personal experiences, after using them for my last three physicals over a six-year period, they keep getting worse, the facility is dirty and doesn't feel clean, old equipment, and a visible lack of training as far as the staff goes. They are not very friendly either. I will not go back. 2/8/18
I used to work for UPS and I had slipped on ice on a sidewalk delivering a package. I was sent here. The people at the front desk are extremely rude! I waited hours before I was seen by anyone. Here I am with either a broken leg or a sprained leg. When I was FINALLY seen, the doc wasn't American (which doesn't matter) and acted like they (forgot if it was a girl or guy) didn't know what to do. Went there for a simple drug screen and waited over 2 hours to be seen. Said they only had 1 person working. Here is an idea, hire someone else!
Fairly quick for urgent care. Glad to see a student doctor. (Could use a waiting room remodel)
VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would go else where!!!
I have been here since 9:00 this morning. I am still here, it is almost 1pm. I have been sitting in an exam room for the last hour and a half, no doctor, no one stopped in to say "hey we haven't forgotten about you". Staff has been nice for the most part, but can't speak about the doctor since he/she hasn't made their appearance yet.
