Would give a lower rating if possible. Staff is extremely rude. They obviously don't care about people. This facility has no urgency when it comes to completing tasks. Told them i needed my paperwork asap, come in and call every day and it's still not done. This facility had no answers or any information as to why it's taking so long, and has no care to there fact that this paperwork is preventing the continuation of my education.
