Waiting time was ridiculous and you need more nurses and specialist there
Staff helpful but confused. Had to wait a long time. Was given wrong info on how to get there. Extremely annoying! But nurse who did test was helpful and friendly.
Attention and care to detail was not what I expected from a walk-in clinic - excellent display of bedside manner.
The staff at Concentra were courteous, professional, and most importantly efficient. I got in and out of there in a timely manner and the doctor took his time explaining everything to me that I needed and wanted to know. I highly recommend using the Concentra office on Summit Avenue in Jersey City. ��
