RecommendedI was there for my test and it was done by those in charge because of their timely response.
Spent 6 hours here today and I knew that before I got here i was in for a long day I was being observed while I took my first dose of MS medication the staff was friendly and always took time to make sure I was alright they did the vitals on time every hour and the dr was very concerned with any symptoms I had experienced overall a very pleasant 6 hour stay thank you!!
To me it’s just a hostile environment. The young staff is clueless when it comes to handling patients. But I guess that’s how it is these days.
The wait for a doctor is consistently unacceptable with wait times of over an hour once they have done the vitals.
I was waiting just a short time, less than I wait at my doctor’s office! Being the Saturday before the Super Bowl must people were in good moods! The attention I received from the staff was excellent. I felt much better after I left. Thanks again for all you do!!
The worst place ever, they treat you with no respect. I was sent because of a work injury, thank god I had my MRI results on the second visit so they had to refer to ortho, do not go there ever ...!!
Have never had to wait for physical therapy. Always an excellent experience. Therapists are knowledgeable and caring. However, waited 1hr 40 minutes for the orthospecialist who works on Tuesdays. Otherwise very satisfied.
Went here for a work related injury,waited for 2 hours,just to find out that they lost all paperwork. Talked to the doctor for maybe 2 minutes just to be told I got a fat lip and a bloody nose. I'll go to the ER next time!!
