I was quoted 1.5 hour wait. I chose to wait in my car. It was very hot out. After 20 minutes I drive to the gas station that was less then 1 mile away. The nurse called me while I was paying to say they were ready to take me back. I told her I would be there in a few minutes. Bases on the times recorded on my phone she called back five minutes later asking if I was coming. I told her I was parking my car. Went here for a work medical evaluation. I talked to about 5 people total and 4 out of 5 were exceptionally nice. I’d say 1 wasn’t up to par and this particular person wasn’t involved in the evaluation as much as the others. Overall, the entire medical evaluation went as planned, I was notified of each section before it happened and when I brought up any concerns, I was heard. I would most definitely recommend this facility as well as personally return. 9 out of 10 stars or 4.5 out of 5!

I. Did not experience urgent care mine was a DOT physical
Staff are friendly and the service was done promptly without much waiting time. I really don’t have any previous contact with them in the field of urgent care service to rate this office in this particular field.
Very disorganized. I went to your Campbell’s Run facility. The extent of my back to work physical included a blood pressure test, height and weight. That was it from the nurse, she never even checked my temperature. The doctor came in and asked me a few questions, checked my lungs with a stethoscope while I took deep breaths.
