How long does it take to get 3 people through the waiting room?! Seriously I hate this place!
I had to wait a couple hours to be seen on a work related injury, watched people get seen before me who I thought had come in after me (which I really wasn't in a hurry anyways). The staff was outstanding though
Nothing says fun like 4.5 hours of watching others go before you when they arrived later and you have 3 sick kids. The staff was great this time but that wait was ridiculous.
I went in for a surprise DOT drug and alcohol test and they were very quick and courteous.
Got in and got out with out hassle... Very friendly very professional...

One of the worst wait time. 2 hrs 30 mins. Though I was one of fist at the door a 8 Am. People who came after me was call first. Horrible customer service at the front desk. I recommend all Northrop employees keep away unless you a looking a workers comp doctor!!! Horrible!
