my appointment was at 11:30 I didn't get in until 12:15 and I had a substitute doctor that was not very impressive she's knew nothing of what I've been through and did nothing except for refill prescription. and she wanted what I thought was going to be a disfigurement evaluation she wanted me to move all different directions and no concern how I was feeling and did not taken any consideration of my issues that I came there for.
Please remind your personnel especially those who are assigned in information desk that from time to time to check and always keep in touch with the costumers seen waiting for so long to avoid any inconvenience or any adverse effects that my cause them. In my experience I waited for almost 2 hours before they started my medical examination despite that there are not too many costumers that day. Thank you

As an experienced nurse aide I was less than impressed when a Nashville area Concentra staff member recently ordered my husband NOT to put bandage on stiches, even in a dirty work environment. The doctor even criticized a simple dressing I had put on Following that order landed my husband in the hospital with an infection that common sense could easily have prevented.
