The office experience was fine, however the ball was dropped when sending the paperwork to my employer and letting me know what my next steps were or are to get my glasses fixed. Friendly, not too bad wait time under the circumstances, staff was wonderful good to know they are there when you need help
I spent 3 1/2 days in the hospital and should be on strict bedrest. Hospital kicked me out early because i can take oral antibiotics even though i have limited mobility of my left leg and left arm. After waiting 2 hrs in the lobby and another 45 minutes in a room the Dr comes in and clears me back to work. I contacted my company and they said "really?? They cleared you back to work? Horrible experience! The doctors they're morons! I'm not even sure if the real doctors! He writes me a script of hydrocodone and then as I'm signing out I see in the paperwork that he clears me to go back to work. I can't raise my arm up past my shoulder, I can't put any weight on it, I can't grip anything! Not even sure if he took into account what I do.
