Waited 30 mins was the only one there.
Should not have to wait 2 hours. Concentra needs more than 1 doctor. Service was good but too long a wait.
AVOID THIS URGENT CARE! I only gave one star because a few negative stars was not an option. The person at the front desk was horrible. Asked loudly why I was there, she was the most rude person I have ever encountered at a front desk. How is she still working there?? The PA I saw thought my meds, that help keep me moving, were the worst thing ever and should be taken off the market. I wasn't in the Urgent Care for that reason. They have taken the “care” out of healthcare. The doctor clearly graduated in the bottom third of her class
Waited about an hour for Dr to show up in my room for a physical. I actually left my room to go find someone to see what was going on after 30 min. They acted like it was normal. Other than that the visit was fine.
I wasn’t happy with the front desk, only after I wrote a check for the co-pay did she tell me “we don’t accept checks”. So I asked her, “ is that written somewhere or did I miss that? Is there a sign somewhere? “ She looked at me and said, “I’ll check”, very snotty and ignored me. I would’ve rather she just said “no I’m sorry we don’t have a sign, we probably should, but that’s our policy”. MA was very nice and personable. This was my second time seeing Dr. Cooper, he was very kind, and helpful.
