Today I Loved It I was In And Out Within A Hour Good Review This Visit
The receptionist was a little touchy about some instructions she gave me but the lab tech was cool. My overall wait time for a DOT physical was about the average and I would go back if I had to.
The staff was polite quick in friendly helpful ill go back again if i have to
The wait time sucked but overall the service was excellent hopefully when I go back Tuesday will be quicker
You guys are the worst. My job requested a "rapid drug test" "Non-regulated", so why the hell am I sitting here for about an hour now??? Are you guys that cynical? I have to pee and your staff said I can't. WTF? Get it together. My drug test is in an out process
Fui por el medical card y tarde 4 horas y media, me desvistieron en un cuarto y una hora estuve muriéndome de frío, no es nada agradable ir a esa clínica y con lo caro que cobran...!!!! No es recomendable
I was a walk in costumer, got at the location at 9:05 am was called in to the preliminary examination fot DOT phisycal at 11:20am, placed into a waiting room at 11:35am and left there for 2:30h at 2:10pm after a long wait decided to live, not before asking a nurse why it was taking so long, the answer was that they only have one physician, and i was going to be the next, so i waited another 30min but no one came to examine me, so after a conversation at the front desk that wanted me to wait a little more i got a refund and l... read more
I only had to wait about 15 minutes before they were ready for me. My technician, Yesenia, was extremely professional and friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience.
