The doctor is very good but the admin staff isn’t. Every time I get there I have at least 1 hour wait time before I see the doctor. I started going at least half hour before my appointment so that I can get out quickly but to no avail.
Waited for 4 hrs for physical, they brought me in after I started complaining or they probably would of let me sit there, I’m not the only one, other drivers complain to my boss to get rid of them, they were bringing in people for physicals that walked in well after me, I have to drink a lot of water for the drug test part, thought I was going to bust a kidney. and then they watch channel 12 , which repeats all day it was mental and physical abuse if you ask me.
Came to the location on Saturday It was closed at it clearly stated it was suppose to be open! I been here since 1:20 p.m and was told I was next and how busy and short staff they where! No social distancing when it became busy now it’s not busy and I am still sitting with the same amount of People as when I came in! Horrible service
