I want to make sure I thank Ashley at the Sterling Heights Clinic. She made me feel very comfortable throughout my exam and was very courteous and kind. I didn't have to wait for a long period of time as she was quick to complete all tasks. I wish all clinics would operate and have the same type of friendly, outgoing individuals like Ashley.
Went to Concentra for my drug screen, did not waited long enough to do my test. Service was excellent, staff were so friendly and outgoing. I would definitely recommend Concentra.

Went here for a work physical, it was as quick and pleasant as a work physical can get. Sorry I took forever to pee, guys...

The first trip was good. Drug test, tb test and physical done in 2 hours. The return to read the tb test could have been better. My return card had written 3:20 p.m. but apparently they couldn't read my arm until 3:50 p.m. and I had both my kids with me, that was fun....
