Rating of 2. The exam and staff treatment was fine. The promise of Friday completion was a lie. Further, the other promise of Tuesday completion was also a lie. A copy of our marriage certificate was included to eliminate any confusion on my wife's name. We had to call you to find you had confused a K1 visa with a work permit. We had to come back in for the Dr. to review my wife's x-ray disk supplied by us. YOU cost us $574 that was wasted because of YOUR failure to keep the Friday promise of completion.
