RecommendedGreat place to get emergency Therapy care
Well, went in for a 2 step TB test, and received my test and then was told if read on Monday go to Concentra in Frasier because it would be open. So, I arrived there at about 9:15am and it had to be read by 9:30am. But, it was closed!! So, I then found another concentra that was open and it was too late for them to read it! So, I am out $58.00 and have to get another step 1! So, I called Concentra in Sterling Heights and asked for another step one free of charge due to their wrong information. Horrible service. 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room for a drug screening at the Sterling Heights location on van dyke
pleasant and professional staff, fast service, in and out in a short period. I always have a good experience when I go there.
Sterling Heights was quick, polite and professional
In and out in less than 15 minutes for a drug screen. The hard-working ladies were very friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.
The doctor that helped me was very unpleasant and although I reminded them 3 times that they had my birth date wrong in their system, they still failed to correct it. So now I have an incorrect birthdate on my TB test record.
A little bit of a wait when I came but not a problem, the vibe is so upbeat and laid back at the same time that I found myself just all around comfortable with the staff. The nurses are all extra tentative, informative and down to earth as well! I'd definitly prefer coming back to this location again if I needed to be seen!
