Awesome staff! Jenny the Physical Therapist is amazing!
LOOOOOOONG wait. 2.5-3 hour "sign" is up. Get here before opening & stand outside if you want to get in/out in an hour for new injuries or physicals.
Ghetto clinic...poorly staffed and ran. Wait times are horrendous. Parking is non existent.
The receptionist was rude. As soon as I presented medical card she said rudely your copay is 120.00 if your with HISD. Then the next office assistant asked for the payment. I was called back to exam room, checked by. Nurse practitioner. Then had to wait 20 minutes for doctor to see me. Mind you most of the people there were for drug testing. I will not be going there again.��
I thought the process was really detailed. But, it was worth it. I went in for pain relates to a fall at work. The Medical Assistant Maurice was really detailed ingesting views of what he thought was necessary. I took those results to my PCP and she was very impressed with everything that took place here. The setup for a walk-in appointment by Shaelin (spell check) was awesome! She got me right in.
Went in for a flu shot. My wait wasn't long. Maybe 25 minutes. Nice and friendly staff.
Very poor service, they kept us await for 2 hours and finally said sorry that location doesn't accept our insurance �
