I had to get a DOT physical. All the staff members were friendly. Had to fill out the same form(s) several times on computers, (couldn't get to the next page on the screen). That was annoying, but, not the staff's fault. I wouldn't hesitate to go here again if I needed to.
I went to the clinic in Frasher after cutting my finger at work. As soon as I walked in the door, the young lady behind the desk saw that I was holding napkins around my finger and rushed me into a room. Minutes later, the nurse came in and gave me the paperwork to fill out and took a look at my finger. The doctor came in very shortly after and within less than an hour, I was in and out with a clean, bandaged cut. The service was excellent and the staff was professional. Went here for a workmans comp accident. I saw Dr.Ahn. She is the best doctor I have ever seen. She took time to talk to me about my concerns and went above and beyond by comforting me when I got upset about being out of work. Aside from amazing bedside manners, I was able to get some relief from my back pain through 3 different routes. I drove 30 minutes to come here and will gladly do it again when I go back tomorrow for a follow-up. Thank you again for the great and friendly service!
Waited an hour for something that took last then 5 minutes. And place just ghetto! Smh. Didn't have a choice so I had to go to this one
Zero stars but it's not an option. Biggest hacks under the sun. I wouldn't take an injured rat to them. They are inept & do more harm than good. CrackerJack licenses I'm sure. Would've sued them into oblivion but statute of limitations ran out waiting for workers comp case to resolve. Justice is slow but I can't wait for these quacks to catch theirs...
The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I was able to see a Dr. Soon after arrival. They were kind and sensitive to my needs. I would highly recommend this urgent care. It was recommended to me by a friend and I am great full!
The staff on hand were courteous, and professional about their jobs, had to wait in a rather warm lobby for about an hour or so, then the exam room was like 90°, not real conducive to get an accurate blood pressure, then the doctor has you up moving around for a physical, and a few mins later they try to take a blood pressure reading again, especially if your dealing with someone getting a DOT physical that is crucial to have a good blood pressure, since that can be used as part of the sleep apnea testing criteria to refuse ... read more
