If we could do 0 stars, we absolutely would. Our experience started when my husband was injured at work. He was referred to this location due to workers comp insurance. Upon the first visit, he ended up waiting in the exam room for 2 HOURS before he stuck his head out and reminded the staff that he was in there. Tara Stewart was the physician who saw my husband. Recommendedthe physical therapy made an immediate change in my function. the handouts they provided helped me to do the exercises at home. dr Sing was mindful that some tooth damage could show up at a later date, as indeed it did. everyone there was helpful and I did not suffer long term damage from the fall because of their care.
Rude uncaring snobby unprofessional changing the answers on the paperwork.
Good atmosphere, staff seemed to work well together to help me get well so I can get back to work as soon as possible. PT is gentle but affective. I could feel the progress after just a few days of therapy. I highly recommend Conventra to anyone.
I’ve been waiting since 11:38 AM. They have repeatedly called the incorrect person back... someone spilled ice on the floor in front of the check in and they still haven’t picked up the mess nor have they put a caution sign up-The paperwork had been sent over at 11 yet here we sit still at 3 PM. Terrible. Just terrible. All that was needed were stitches in a finger. Pretty sure a regular ER would’ve been faster. I wouldn’t bring my dog here.
I came in as soon af they opened so I wouldn't have top wait too long. An hour and a half later I was finally called. The people were nice, iit was just a crazy long wait to be one of the first people seen.
The Concentra had very friendly employees and they where helpful. The only problem I faced was a 2 hour waiting time for a TB skin test.
Very professional services and great people made me feel like family
