I had to complete a physical for my work. It took a total of 7 hours for them to complete it. In the past at other locations, a physical has never taken longer than an 1 - 1 1/2 hours to get finished. The staff was too busy laughing and talking about personal things to help the large crowd that had gathered in the waiting room. Everything seemed very chaotic from the moment I walked in. I will not go back to this location in the future.
I got there at 1:15 n my app was at 1:30.. Waited n Lobby for all most n hour.. BC they all take there lunch between 1:00 to 2:00.. Why they Schedul appointments aground there Lunch hour but i got back n the exam room at 2:00 n had to wait untill they 4:00 b4 i got seen
It was great! I walked in, waited a very reasonable amount of time and saw a very nice, presentable and helpful doctor. Got my prescriptions and 24 hrs later feel much better!! No over it but better!!
Let's just say I got in there at 12:30 and didn't get out until around 3 40 which just happened to be my birthday so it kind of screwed up all my plans for the day we'll find someplace else next time oh by the way all I had to do was take a urinalysis for my job nobody can hold their pee that long
Front desk staff told me it would be a 3-4 hour wait when I got there, but it was less than an hour. Very professional staff! They even had snacks, water, comfortable chairs and a tv. Dr. Mills was very professional!
The doctor was right to the point. I was in and out in a timely manner. "I don't like to wait for anybody" Thank the Lord, I'm alright.
I have to come here for follow ups every couple of weeks. Can't understand why they make me make an appointment when I sit in the exam room for hours before being seen. Irritating!!
