RecommendedI’ve never had such a good experience with any Urgent Care locations until I visited Concentra Urgent Care of north Arlington. They do things right and the people here go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
this place is the slowest ever
The staff was friendly overall and did their best to accommodate the patients waiting in the lobby. They offer snack after a while because of the long wait time do to being short staff.I was not happy with the wait time being that I was there at open and did not get seen until almost noon. The provider was apologetic and advised that she was the only provider at the time. This place is NOT for the patient. It’s for the money!! Specially if it’s workman’s comp type of situation. Very disappointing in every level. Dr. Pham is just awful!!! No courtesy what so ever. Waited an hour in the exam room because my scheduled doctor went to lunch and was not aware of patient. Entered Dr. Pham who took all but 5 minutes to analyze and say all is good. They are time conscious they answer within 15 minutes
Sent an employee with a sprained ankle for medical care. Resulted in a prescription for ibuprofen and 2 solicitations for legal representation to sue us. Doesn’t seem like the kind of care I am interested in paying for as an employer. Astounding.
Got there at lunchtime thinking it was going to take forever. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Staff was organized and very pleasant.
Dr. Foster lacked any shred of empathy. He did not care listen to my concerns. How do you tell a patient, “you can deal with the pain?” Even if you don’t understand why they are hurting, investigate further and come up with a plan or refer them to someone who will help them! Also, never label a patient! Pain is what the patient says it is! I regret ever going to see him!
