The personnel was professional, they took time to explain the process and was prompt in completing the service.
Waited 3 hours for a 3 minute exam. The prescription we were give was an unusual dosage and we were unable to fill it. We called and asked for it to be corrected or changed and no one would help us and no one would call the doctor.
This place is better than waiting in ER. I did not have a wait time. I was taken back to a room before information was put into the system. I visited the south Arlington location and the doctor and staff very attentive.This office will not disappoint you. Gjna Dixon
Long wait time. Doc didn't seam to care. I got strep and flu test and both came back negative but didn't have any answers as to why i was throwing up, chills, fever, congestion, ache bones, and weak. Just gave me some antibiotics and a not to go back to work on Monday. Not looking to See if there was another problem. Doctora today See patients as numbers not as people.
Great people and awesome service! I waited 3 hours to be seen, which was expected, and I’m a very patient person anyway, but when that time came, the staff was extremely helpful and professional.
I waited over 2 and half hours but once in back they were friendly and fast.
Have my physical done for my job, waiting was average. Doctor and staff was friendly. Will be back next year.��
