RecommendedGreat people professional and friendly, don’t have to wait.
Nice & clean facility, great care, the front desk was great... there was a 2 hr wait but they were honest & upfront about it from the get go. The only draw back was there is very limited parking. I had to walk at least a block away & since I had bronchitis & was wheezing that wasn’t a FB experience
Great ppl... no long wait... they know what they’re doing... they also have my favorite snacks...🤗😃😋

I made two payments for my copay at this location. I received a bill showing an amount due. Called the billing office & they told me that I should call the location to have them update or provide information that I paid. Call this office back and the girl states I know you paid, but I don’t know how to pull the payment to make sure it transfer to my account. She said I had to call billing back.!Beware! If I have to use them again, I will not pay in the office.

Went to the one on Black Canyon Hwy and waited over an hour and when I asked how much longer I was told another 45mins-1hr...for a simple drug screen. Very ridiculous! I had to leave to be at work so went to the Peoria location the following day. I was in and out in 30 mins. Staff was very friendly too.
Sending the questionnaire for all the medical questions is a bad ideal. All my info is on my phone so I had to switch back and forth getting answers to the questions and filling out the answers. Twice as long ��!!!!!!
They were very fast and friendly!! I had to go back two days later to get my TB read for a new job and it only took five minutes.
