I myself have been sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half. Had to go up to the desk multiple times to fill out different papers. They should have them all together one trip to the desk least face to face contact as possible for a medical center for both employees and patients. During this pandemic there are way too many people in the waiting room at one time and some chairs are not 6 feet a part FOR SURE. People walking in without masks till they get to the front desk. The staff was very nice, and very Professional, they explained to me what was going to happen. Also the nurse that did my test gave me the results right away.
