They staff and Doctors at Concentra made my visit very quick and simple. They were very friendly and helpful.
The physical therapist is great.
The staff I encountered were well prepared and worked within their positions professionally . Staff readily assisted each other when requested with a positive attitude . The staff were friendly , efficient and explained things clearly . The waiting room was comfortable and welcoming .
Very clean, staff was nice. It is a busy place. Plan to wait awhile for the urgent care side of it. Seemed to be a fully operational clinic with x-rays and physical therapy.
