Pretty quick but thorough service overall. No complaints at all.
This was the worst place I've ever been to. We waited almost 3 hours for a vacination and every time i asked where we were in line, they told us we were next and then they called in several people and we still were not called in. The receptionist told us we were next when she went to lunch, she came back and we were still waiting. When she came back from lunch she told us we were next again. We got here at 11:10 am so that we could make it to a show in Hartford, Ct that started at 2:30. Obviously we are going to miss the sho... read more
