My entire experience was absolutely perfect in sooo many ways from professionalism to impassion
I take care of both my Parents ! Horacio and Maria Helena my mom is in a wheel chair she has Parkinson’s ! My dad is 89 years old and mom 82 !! The staff and the Dr. was extremely patient and treated us with upmost respect and kindness they took great care of them ! Thank you ! Dr Nancy and Kerri and Beverly all of them I was very happy with Concentra urgent care !!
they put many people to work on the same case simultaneously to give client satisfaction, they are fast and intelligent
I could care less because nothing you can do that will help the way I feel about concentra. you see I had to wait more than an hour just to be called in. your reception is very poor.
Knowledgeable staff. They were quick & efficient. Once they realized I was there for a RR eyes/ears exam they moved even faster.
Very personable. Very clean facility. Knowledgeable and kind staff.
Great nurse made me feel very comfortable.... very good staff to deal with
Paid over a $100 for a physical just so the doc to come and look in my ears, touch my stomach and one leg and say your all set..do not recommend if you want a real physical other then for school..ask for vaccine shots they said they can't do it without a letter from school or work when I'm the one paying for it...and then the workers talk about you after you walk out the room
