horrible, pack a lunch,people go in and out while u sit and wait , still here 1 and half later, get some help, people have things to do besides sitting in your office all day
The staff is friendly. It is clean as well. First time there was a long wait 4 hours. Recheck was least the wait.
The workers there are Excellent I give them 5 stars. My complaint is with DOT Physical/Paperwork. I've been going their for 8-9 years for my work DOT Physical so clearly they know me and should keep my records for more than 1 year. I ran around last year bringing additional information they needed. I wish they'd send a letter to my company at the beginning of the year if/whenever new DOT Regulations are in effect for our physicals since my employer makes us go there. 3 hour wait times ??!!! Seriously!!!!! Sounds like the dmv!!! Smfh
I don't understand how this facility obtained even one positive review. The girls at the check in counter were very short with me, border line rude. Then they commenced to engage in unbelievably unprofessional conversations with each other and hanging up on customers several times. 3 hrs and I'm still here for a simple physical. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this place unless you want to be treated like a refugee.
