Other than the fact there is nothing "urgent" in the the urgent care part, the staff was phenomenal, very nice professional, and smiles and caring demeanor. Wish that I didn't have to be there, but under the circumstances, it was a pleasant enough environment. Renee was fabulous, The girl I called "Ann Arbor" and the PA were took great care of me! Thanks guys!
I did my annual DOT Physical there. I have been going there for several years now. There was a new staff there this year. They were friendly & professional as always. I much prefer going to a facility that is in my hometown of Jacksonville, Fla. for my DOT Physical each year. See you guys next year! PS: I PASSED!
It was way better this time than my last. Last time I was there the female examiner said that had a heart problem. Had a $13k cardiology work-up. Cardiologists said they could find nothing.
To many people not enough staff.... Waited 2 hours for a simple test
I was thinking it was going to another of those walk on clinics with attitude employees but I was very surprised that everyone was so nice and smiling. Made the whole experience wonderful.
