I had to go for a pre employment drug test. I had to wait 45 minutes-1 hour in the waiting room. By the time I got called back, my drug test passport paperwork had expired. I had to explain this to my new job, that I couldn't get it done on time. Now, I don't even know I have a job now, because they told me they normally don't write new drug test papers up again.
went for a simple pee in a cup stuff test, was made to go through a full physical where the tech started complaining how much smaller I was than her and then the "doctor" will not clear my drug test without a note from my psych doctor saying I'm okay to work even thigh there are absolutely no drugs in my system!
I went there yesterday and I might have waited for 20 I was in and then out for a drug test. Service was good they must have gotten some new people in there they were Nice and pleasant
The staff was cool. H.R didnt fax papers over like they were supposed to so i had to wait a few extra minutes but other than that it went by really fast.
They was trying to charge me $50.00 for a finger prick, the last two years they didn't do that, it was part of the physical
Horrible experience. Got seen by a pa and he spent more time comparing his body problems to mine then finding the problem. Ordered zero tests and sent me on my way back to full duty for work, While acknowledging that I have chronic injuries...
Concentra workers can't do anything. Had to drive to their office 3 times with papers and they still couldn't manage to do what needed to be done for me to get all my paper work. Very dirty environment and lack of professionalism. If I could give them no stars at all I would.
