Expect to be here for hours no matter what. They're just disorganized and seemingly have no systems in place. Things that could be streamlined are not.

I had the worst telephone conversation, I experienced the worst customer service ever. I have been going to Concentra for years. After today’s phone conversation myself or my family will not spend another penny there. The young lady was rude and disrespectful. Thumbs down 👎🏽 Concentra. Pivot just got two new customers.

Sat from 4:30 till after 7:00 pm then after all I still have to do something else before I can get what I when for. Can’t believe no one knows that stuff before you sit for almost 3 hrs.
I had a wonderful experience when I went. Everyone was friendly and I was zen in a timely fashion. It was a far better experience than years ago. Kudos to the staff for being amazingly hospitable to your patrons.
