Have separate waiting lines for ill patients from pre-employment physicals and drug tests. I waited over two hours for drug test and physical. the receptionist Dominique tried to do a wonderful job and obviously cared about me and others. computers were not up to a professional standard.
The staff there seemed very nice. But when you walk in and they tell you it is going to be 3 hours for you to be seen .Then at the 6 hour mark that you have been there and they try to tell you it is going to be another hour. That is ridiculous. Not going to lie I got pissed off and was not nice about it

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Bird (Bhola)went above and beyond to help me get the information I needed for a school physical. The entire staff was amazing.
I went to Concentra to renew the DOT. Protocols were enforced, personal were kind even do they were busy. The kind of long wait, justifies the responsible exams
Only problem I had with them is the nurse take my blood pressure had to wait about 15 minutes afterwards for her to get doc to retest. To get my dot card
Very quick and efficient company. Very short wait and the representatives were very helpful.
