Al though Dr. Coats was terrific and the staff was polite, having to wait 2+ hours in the exam room with a broken exam table was ANNOYING. I was already irritated by being sick. The wait compounded my irritation. There was only one physician for the entire clinic. Terribly under staffed. Even the desire to be numbed by the television while I wait was not an option due to broken exam table and uncomfortable chair to sit on. - Oh. I started in December and the staff was supper nice very professional and it was cloe to the end of their business day. I still go once a month and from front desk staff to the doctors they are all awsome professionals.
I loved the Dr, but was there forever, like over 3 hours. Only went because that's the place my employer uses. Would never go if I had a choice. The wait is to long
I have been going here because I was rear ended in a automobile accident. The staff and PT staff are amazing. Just wanted to thank them for taking care of me.🙌🙌🙌😁😁😁
This is for the physical therapy and NOT the urgent care clinic. The people in PT are amazing. They really know their stuff. Keep up the good work.
Went for a drug test for new job Now I have been to a lot of drug testing places lots ...this was the first time I've seen a place have coffee, water fresh, candy, snacks and a helping crew ( Nice and polite)... and not bad to look at �too...�
I arrived at 1:38 pm. Shorty after I needed to use the bathroom. I was there for as drug test and dot. I asked if it was okay to use bathroom. They said yes. I thought they would give me a pee cup. Nothing. During my waiting time I peed 3 times. They finally called me back at 4:15. I hardly had pee for them. They had enough for dot test but not for drug test. I finally had enough pee and left there at 6:30 pm. Never again. They only have 2 doctors and they were on the ball. Still wasn't enough. Never again and I will not rec... read more
