Waited one hour in waiting room, then another hour in exam room before doctor came in and the place wasn’t even busy. Then the doctor gave me a prescription with someone else’s name on it.
I’ve been waiting in exam room for over an hour to see the doc hoping for an X-ray. Horrible pain for riding accident. Insurance keeps us from going to the places we like and get stuck in places like this
Attempted to do my externship here for my medical program And I regreted it the staff is so rude to the patients and I did not like it I immediately went to my career coordinator and asked if I can be put in another site Would not recommend Concentra at all
Convenient location, courteous and knowledgeable staff, short wait time
Wait, wait, wait, ......Oh ya and your going to wait some more. Over 2 hrs to do a physical.( I write this as I'm waiting) Obviously under staffed. There are literally 4 people in here. Are these employees taking a 15 min break after every patient they see? It's unbelievable.
What kind of medical facility calls in a prescription to a pharmacy that is closed? This one. Do not recommend Concentra. They only get one star because it forces you to give at least one.
