OMG horrible horrible. If you have an appointment is a 3 hour wait, if you walk in is a 3 hour wait, if you call ahead and they tell you an hour don't believe it is 3 hours and counting. RIDICILOUS don't open 24 hours obviously you can't handle the rush of the 2 people in the lobby
Great nurses, not a fan of the doctor I got, and the wait time was horrible. Got there at 4:30 and left at 10:20. Horrible. Wasn't even busy.
Been waiting for a DMV physical for going on 2 hours. This place is a joke!!
Been waiting 2 hours 20 minutes to have staples remove from a injury that was treated at the hospital. Still no sign of a Dr. Forced to come here by my employer. I am under dot hours of service regulations and in another 45 minutes it will be illegal to drive the truck out of thier parking lot. What a joke that this is called urgent care.
The wait is too long and they have plenty of staff. Im hungry and tierd and have to sit in traffic thanks to this place.
Took my son back over an hour ago and he's still not been seen. There wasn't anyone here when we arrived. Urgent must mean something different here?? Finally done and he is now having to wait for a Dr's note. That takes 22 minutes so far??
