- Long wait at Lenexa / 95th location - Unorganized with paperwork, had to repeat forms as they gave me the wrong ones initially - Nurse did not wash her hands and attempted to give me an injection without wearing gloves.

RecommendedWhat I recommend at Concentra is that they are still working and making sure your safe in their facility as far as mask washing of your hands and they are really polite to there patients wasn’t there long I can say this is one of thee first places I went to at this time of this pandemic everyone and I mean everyone had there mask on and THANK YOU for that.... satisfaction for sure
The check in staff were more concerned at leaving at 5 instead of helping me with my needs. I felt they are rude and pushy. The doctor didn’t really listen to my concerns and pain. The only person that was any help was the physical therapist.

RecommendedThe ladies there are very professional and knowledgeable but it just takes took long to get a physical I sat for 30 minutes before anyone came in to finish I understand they might be under staffed but it makes my fellow bus drivers not want to come there cause it takes so long judos especially the therapy ladies and gentlemen I had one year of therapy there and they are the most knowledgeable and professional people I ever met
