Concentra urgent care is a good place for urgent care. Always clean with a friendly staff.
The staff is great! The Wait can be quite long though. Plan on two hours.
Front office staff is rude. They take too long to have you seen due to supposedly being unstaffed. This is the second time I've been here. This was only suppose to be a follow up and they took around 2 hours to see me. The first time they took 4 hours to see me. This is ridiculous. Glad this isn't my main urgent care. Will be speaking to my company about changing to another urgent care as some of my co-workers and bosses have also complained about this place.
Clean and comfortable waiting area and facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Thorough doctor. The doctor was able to see me quickly, diagnose my problem, and give me some referrals for follow-up care. This is always my first choice when I need IMMEDIATE (non-emergency) care.
